A man facing almost 100 charges after an alleged robbery spree in the Halifax region made a brief appearance in Halifax provincial court Monday.
Kenneth Curry Sykes, 39, will return to court March 22 to enter a plea and choose a court for trial and for a bail hearing.
Sykes appeared in court wearing a black hoodie and jeans and pulled the hoodie over his head to hide his face from photographers while entering and exiting the courtroom.
He agreed to remain in custody until his next court appearance.
Sykes was arrested in the Fairview area at 1 a.m. Saturday morning.
